Shungite Pendulum: Brown Resin & Black Wood Divination Tool

I don't often work with such heavy, earthy stones, but this black shungite was extremely nice to work with. In the light, tiny specks of silver can be seen strewn throughout. I have paired it with a brown swirly resin handle and black wooden bead, all tied together with a repurposed copper chain.

About my process: Although I usually combine a mix of new and repurposed/vintage materials, for me the best part of the creation process is discovering the best way all of the materials will work together. I am tickled anytime I get to pair the new with the old, giving something that’s been stuck in a drawer for years new life. It reminds me of our own cycles of life and the ways in which we all go through various reincarnation processes during our soul's journey.

As I like to say in all my listings, when I'm crafting, I try to make sure each pendulum has its own signature. Its own calling card. Something that may speak to you on a very personal level. I aim for each one to be a perfectly balanced, travel-ready sidekick that every mystery-loving, intuitive-diving, spiritual types would love. I hope that's what I have done here.

Note: My pendulums are all made by hand and can be quite delicate, so I recommend storing your pendulum in a small bag or piece of cloth to avoid snagging. Additionally, pendulums made from stones are REAL and thus subject to breaking or cracking if dropped or hit against hard surfaces.
